"Youth-led cultural and civic initiatives", the second strand of the All-Around Culture -ثقافة داير ما يدور programme aims to encourage community and contextual projects by adopting collaborative approaches, but also to increase the knowledge and capacity of young artists, collectives and cultural actors from disadvantaged areas on the development of contextual work and community engagement in cultural and civic activities.
