L'Art Rue, in partnership with the TURN2 programme of the German Federal Foundation for Culture and with the support of the Goethe Institute Tunis, is initiating a three-day meeting of curators, artists, thinkers and activists from Africa, the Middle East and Europe who could put the cultural and political struggle to save "the Earth of which we are a part" at the heart of their cultural, intellectual and/or civic practice.



> On the programme for the three days:


•  debates around the question Is the climate crisis also a crisis of the Imagination?  including one live online on Tuesday 30 May 2023 at 3pm on the L'Art Rue Facebook page


 presentations of initiatives and projects in Africa, the Middle East and Europe 


 field visits and discoveries


•  artistic performances related to the theme of Turn2 Lab#3

•  Cluster of Matter - Exhibition by Bochra Taboubi, visual artist (Tunisia)

Opening on Saturday, May 27 at 4 pm

Open from Sunday, May 28 to Sunday, June 3 from 10 am to 5 pm

At the Barracks El Attarine Barracks (Medina of Tunis) 

> This exhibition is open to the public


•  BIRD - Dance performance, by Selma & Sofiane Ouissi, dancers and choreographers (France / Tunisia)

At Dar Hussein - National Heritage Institute 


•  Standing waters - Intersectorial and hybrid practice, by Maria Lucia Cruz Correia (Portugal / Belgium)  

At Sebkha (lake) Sejoumi - South-West of the city of Tunis
