In Sejnane, women shape clay dolls as if they are weaving a memory, right from the earth, right from their hands. Selma and Sofiane Ouissi have collected their movements, their silence and their skill. 

From this transmission, Laaroussa Quartet emerges as an artistic work rooted in the present, where six performers reactivate the score of an ancestral movement, mixing ritual and resistance. At the intersection of art and craftsmanship, this plural form blends dance, live music, video installation, and performative presence. 

 The body becomes a living archive. The scene, a workshop of meaning and transmission. The projected film, the burning trace of hands that know. The artwork questions the artisan bodies: those who create, transmit, resist; those who carry memory in their breath and in their palms. Between tribute and documentary, Laaroussa Quartet explores what seemingly innocuous movements can say. Each movement carries a memory. Each breath connects generations. It's a dance of the earth, a silent song, a call to look differently at what persists, what is transmitted, and what continues to stand tall.
