Recruitment of a Ticketing Manager

As part of the Dream City Festival, which welcomes around 15,000 festival-goers, the association L'Art Rue is looking for a ticketing manager.



Tasks


The Ticketing Manager organises, optimises and coordinates the sale of tickets for the different shows of the festival while managing a dedicated team.



Main tasks


> To welcome, inform and advise the public at the box office and by telephone about the programme.

> Sell tickets at the box office and process online purchases as well as guest and press tickets.

> Print tickets in exchange for vouchers and guest tickets.

> Manage spectator waiting lists.

> Recruit, train and supervise ticket agents in conjunction with the administrator.

> Plan and organise the work of the dedicated team.

> Ensure that the team informs and advises the public and updates ticketing information.

> Set up and update the ticketing software content according to the different shows, venues, prices and times.

> Work on optimising the use of the ticketing software for optimal management of stocks in real time.

> Establish and follow up on the management schedule for ticket access control equipment (shower heads, smartphones, etc.) with the dedicated team.

> The role of the Manager is to ensure that all staff are aware of the importance of the role and to ensure that they are aware of the role of the manager.

> The role is to ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and are able to make informed decisions on a daily basis.

> Participate in the negotiation and implementation of agreements with retailers and partners.

> Monitor sales trends with the communication department in order to trigger promotional or communication operations.

> Manage spectator complaints by applying and adjusting the rules defined with the Management

> Carry out the closing of the ticket office for shows.

> To propose to the Management a method for handling complaints.

> To produce statistical and qualitative reports on the festival's attendance.

Education & Knowledge


> A degree in Audiovisual and/or Cultural Project Management or equivalent.

> Experience in ticketing management in large events.
