At a time when Tunisia is facing a severe chronic situation of hydric stress, where wetlands are impacted by pollution, drought and other intensive human activities, we dedicate the next Civic Space encounter to the fundamental right to water by trying to understand the challenges facing our territory, identify the strategies deployed in water management and question our collective imagination around this natural resource.
This online discussion moderated by Wahid Ferchichi, rofessor of Public Law, will intersect with the practices and expertise of Raoudha Gafrej, expert in water and climate change, Alaa Marzougui, coordinator of the Tunisian Water Observatory, in addition to Mohsen Bchir, who launched the project Thirst Republic.
