Panel discussion in DPDW Civic_Space to present the Foundation's new study on the state of environmental legislation in the decade 2011-2021.
On the occasion of the publication of the study entitled "10 years of environmental legislation 2011-2021", the Heinrich Böll Foundation (hbs-Tunis) is organising in partnership with L’Art Rue a meeting to present the results of this study. It will be animated by the authors of the study, namely Mr. Wahid Ferchichi and Ms. Afef Marrakchi.
The study provides an exhaustive qualitative and quantitative analysis of the evolution of environmental legislation. It examines the achievements made, and focuses on the shortcomings to be remedied in the texts promulgated on environmental protection. It also concludes with a set of recommendations.
This meeting will be moderated by Ms Olfa Chebaane (project manager at hbs-Tunis) and will target the general public, environmental agencies and civil society actors.
The event will take place on Friday 15 April from 9pm at L'Art Rue (Dar Bach Hamba), in the Medina of Tunis.
