Recruitment of Zone Managers - Volunteer Coordination
As part of the Dream City Festival, which welcomes around 15,000 festival-goers, the association L'Art Rue is looking for 3 zone managers - Volunteer Coordination.
>> Missions
The zone manager is in charge of managing the volunteers so that they fulfill their responsibilities in an adequate manner.
> > Main tasks
To supervise all the volunteers in a given geographical area and to ensure the smooth running of the works in that area.
Ensure coordination between all volunteers in each location.
Manage the works in the area for which you are responsible.
Manage the volunteer schedules.
Ensure the training of volunteers in relation to the specific tasks assigned according to the needs of each work.
Manage emergencies in the field.
Manage the coordination between the artists - volunteers and the production team - volunteers, in order to ensure good communication between the different people in the organisation.

Training & Knowledge
Relevant experience in team and schedule management.
Experience in event and project management is recommended.
Excellent interpersonal skills: comfortable with public speaking and managing emergencies in the field.
Good command of computer tools.
