Recruitment of an Art and Education Officer

L'Art Rue is looking for an Art & Education Project Manager.


The integration of art in public schools and the development of the artistic offer for children are concerns of L'Art Rue since its creation. It is through the artistic vector that L'Art Rue works with the children and their direct environment.



The missions


> To ensure the implementation and smooth running of artistic and educational projects, and to report on its activities and achievements,


> To carry out administrative procedures and maintain relations with the parties involved in the various projects,


> Participating in the organisation of conferences, meetings and events,


> The organisation and implementation of artistic workshops in the association's premises and in schools,


> Assisting the artists/performers (follow-up and coordination),


> Ensuring the necessary logistics for the workshops,


> The organisation and implementation of the Kharbga City programme (programme for children during the Dream City festival),


> The follow-up and coordination of the artistic residencies carried out within the framework of the Art and Education programme,


> Support in the accompaniment and coordination between the associations carrying the Qismi Al Ahla project in the different regions of Tunisia,


> Assuring the reporting tasks necessary for the evaluation of the projects (data collection, adjustment of the monitoring tools according to the context, ...),


> Support to the archiving of the different programmes.



Profile required


Experience :


> Completed degree or equivalent in humanities, social sciences (political science, arts, culture), or project management (cultural or other),


> Experience of working with young people is desirable,


> Experience in managing architectural projects is an asset.




Skills :


> Good communication and interpersonal skills,


> Good writing skills,


> Analytical skills and ability to synthesise,


> Ability to work in a team and with young people and children,


> Rigour and organisational skills,


> Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
