Production internship offer - Dream City 2023
L'Art Rue is an association that uses art as a tool for dialogue and social and human development. Established in the heart of the Medina of Tunis, in the Souk El Blatt district, L'Art Rue develops different programs where art and social link are intimately linked.
In this context, the association L'Art Rue is looking for an internship :
A trainee in production Under the supervision of the production manager and within the framework of our activities, you will be brought to intervene in the management of artistic residences and the Dream City festival which will be held from September 22 to October 8, 2023.
>> The missions :
- Write and submit requests for authorisation (location scouting, filming, etc.)
- Identify new locations for the exploitation of artistic creations
- Follow and participate in the operational phases of artistic creations (requests for quotes, setting up residences, etc.)
- Coordinating and contracting with the various stakeholders and external service providers
- Fill in the monitoring and evaluation elements of the various activities and draw up reports
- Research and make proposals according to the demands and needs of a project
- Coordinate with the various divisions of the association according to the needs of a project

Curious, meticulous, punctual, autonomous, flexible and fully committed
>> Professional skills :
- Fluent in foreign languages (French and English)
- Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the production chain in the performing arts, cinema, television or radio
- Ability to listen and dialogue with project leaders
- Ability to negotiate with service providers, technical and artistic contributors
- Stress management; ability to work under pressure and in a hurry
- Good organisational skills; ability to manage priorities
- Knowledge of the Tunisian cultural sector and its ecosystem
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexible working hours and days
>> Duration : 6 months from 1 May to 31 October 2023
>> Compensation : 600 dinars net/month
