Internship offer - Monitoring and Cooperation Assistant
Within the framework of its activities and in particular the preparation of the Dream City festival (30 Sept.-9 Oct.2022), L'Art Rue is looking for a trainee assistant in charge of monitoring and cooperation.

Monitoring and evaluation
Monitoring of the Dream City biennial and support for the monitoring of all the association's activities
Support for the implementation and improvement of monitoring and evaluation tools for Dream City and others projects
Support for data collection for the Dream City biennial and the activities of the different departments
Support for the design and the writing of the Dream City 2022 final report
Mediation
Prior to Dream City and at the end of the festival, setting up a mediation work with the shopkeepers of the medina district to evaluate the economic impact of the festival on the shops of the medina
Implementation of an audience mediation strategy, supported by the person in charge of audiences
Analysis of the data collected
Other tasks
Support for the Tashweesh Festival, in collaboration with the production team (September 23-25 2022)
Support for the All-Around Culture project
Occasional support for other cooperation projects and activities of the association

Experience
Professional training (3 or 5 years of higher education) in project management or social sciences (political science, arts, culture, or other relevant field)
Experience in project management appreciated
Experience in data collection and/or analysis appreciated
Knowledge of statistical software is a plus
Skills
Computing skills and good knowledge of the Office Pack (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Good analytical skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Good writing skills
Ability to work in a team
Rigor, organizational skills
Fluency in English and Arabic

Tripartite training agreement with the training organization
Full-time internship of 4 months, from August 22, 2022 to December 16, 2022
Position based in the offices of Art Rue, in Tunis (Medina)
Internship allowances : 600 dinars per month
