As part of its activities and in particular the preparation of the Dream City festival (30 Sept. - 9 Oct. 2022), L'Art Rue is looking for a production trainee.

Under the supervision of the Production Manager and within the framework of our activities, you will be involved in the management of festivals and artistic creations within the production department.

The tasks

 > Checking requests for authorisations for the use of public spaces or other authorisations to be obtained for festivals and projects

> Draft and submit applications to the authorities

> Identify new venues for events

> Follow up and participate in the operational phases of festivals and works (assembly, rehearsals, performances, dismantling, operation)

> Coordinating and contracting with internal and external service providers

> Coordinating the transmission of information at each stage of the work's progress

> Planning requirements

> Search for suppliers according to artistic needs and manage delivery

> Requesting quotes, entering invoices and following up with the finance department on payments

> Set up and follow up a precise schedule

> Follow up on the daily tasks of the department's activities such as airport transfers and reservations

> Complete project monitoring and evaluation elements and prepare reports on projects and events organised. 

> Completing the minutes of production meetings

Profile required

Experience :

> Training in production.

> Curious, meticulous and strong in proposal

Professional skills :

> Good command of foreign languages (French and English)

> Ability to anticipate

> Mastering software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, Teams) and Teamup

> Knowledge of the production chain in the performing arts, cinema, television or radio

> Ability to listen and dialogue with project leaders

> Ability to negotiate with service providers, technical and artistic contributors

> Stress management; ability to work under pressure and in a hurry

> Organizational skills; ability to manage priorities

> Knowledge of the Tunisian cultural sector and its ecosystem

> Good interpersonal and communication skills
