As part of its monitoring work since 25 July 2021, following the proclamation of the state of emergency by the President of the Republic, and after the publication of these three reports covering the period 25 July-25 November 2021, on
- Civil and political rights,
- Economic, social and cultural rights,
- The rights of minority and discriminated groups,
The Tunisian Association for the Defence of Individual Liberties publishes and presents its new report covering the period 25 November 2021 - 25 March 2022.
In this report, the ADLI reviews the situation of rights and freedoms, particularly after the decisions to dissolve the Higher Council of the Judiciary (12 February) and the dissolution of parliament (30 March 2022). During an evening facilitated by Professor Wahid Ferchichi in the presence of Dr. Aymen Zaghdoudi and Ms. Oumayma Mahdi, the ADLI will present its report and discuss the threats to rights and freedoms.
