DAMJ
by Youssef El Idrissis
The DAMJ project is a participatory research on "mental geographies" between Casablanca and Chefchaouen, a work of inquiry and analysis combining video art, stories and poetry.
The challenge of the project: to connect these 2 cities with different topologies, histories, urbanizations, one steeped in Spanish history, the other rather French. But also to find points of convergence, to understand how each citizen, artist and craftsperson approach, appropriate and represent space.
