Choreographer and visual artist Éric Minh Cuong Castaing explores within his dance company Shonen the notions of relationship and representation of plural bodies - dancers and amateurs prevented - via "in socius" processes in the long run, in partnership with institutions outside the field of art (NGOs, care settings, schools...). 

A graduate of  L'école de l'image des Gobelins in Paris, Eric MCC has been associated with the interdisciplinary ensemble of the Comédie de Valence since 2020, at ICKamsterdam, at Montpellier Danse since 2024, and from 2025 at Le Centre National de la Création Adapté - C.N.C.A. in Morlaix.
