This is an introduction to break dancing and hip hop in general, through group games and a progressive understanding of the basic steps and movements. 

The aim is not only to learn the basic breaking techniques but also to let each body express itself in its own way and with freedom. Through group and individual exercises, each child will be able to enjoy dancing and learn that breaking is an art.
