An unmissable holiday Ecological Design workshop led by the French architect and designer Thomas Egoumenides at the L’Art Rue headquarters!
After a first workshop in March 2021, a second one in November 2022 for children from 9 to 16 years old, the Ecological Design workshop comes back for holydays in March 2023. It aims to play around with the transformation of non-biodegradable plastic bags.
How to explore such a ubiquitous object in our daily lives, subverting its usage and upgrading this consumable material? The children will have fun transforming these wrappers and bags into a new aestheticized material. Experimenting with the material, colors, and techniques will be at the center of these workshops.
