Love and Revenge's repertoire is a tribute to Arab culture and its popular idols. The group revisits the great hits of Middle Eastern songs, such as those of Iraqi Kadhem Saher, Egyptian Nagat El-Saghira or the great composer Abdel Wahab. They do not hesitate to unearth lesser-known hits composed and sung by artists such as Kuwaiti Mostafa Ahmad, Sudanese Ahmed Al Mustafa, Saudi Touha or Mauritanian Houria.

By reworking popular songs from a bygone era, the group wants to bring this heritage to a new audience (Arabic-speaking or not) and to new generations. The "electro-pop" interpretation of the forgotten songs is a gateway, an invitation to a universe that might seem outdated. It is also about banishing clichés and breaking down preconceived ideas about the Arab world.
