Born in Tunis, Mohamed Toukabri began dancing at the age of 12. After studying dance in Tunis, Paris and Brussels, he worked with the Needcompany. Mohamed has collaborated with many choreographers including Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, Aicha M'Barak and Hafiz Dhaou, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui... 


His first creation The Upside Down Man is currently on tour in Europe. It was selected for the Flemish Theaterfestival in the category #NewYoung (2019).
