In a world marked by turmoil, we remain steadfast in our belief that art offers a space for resistance, healing, and resilience. Through creation, we choose to rise.

Staying true to its identity – to dream the city, to engage with the context, and to address the urgencies of the present – this edition gathers artistic voices from Tunisia, the SWANA region, Africa, and Europe, with site-specific creations and invited works across the performing and visual arts.

This tenth edition carries forward what lies at the core of Dream City:
Dream Creations and Dream Exhibition — long-term works developed in Tunis, that form the backbone of the festival — presented to both local and international audiences;
Dream Guests from across continents sharing their voices;
Dream Concerts, films, and videos expanding the artistic experience;
Dream Talks & Ideas opening spaces for dialogue and reflection;
ShiftLeyli gathering us for music and celebration;
Kharbga City giving voice and space to younger generations.

We’re proud that this edition also reflects the long-term collaborations — both local and international — with TACIR, the Sharjah Art Foundation (SAF), and Bard College in the USA.
