Following work to clean up La Kherba, in front of the el Hamra theatre, at the gateway to the Tunis medina, L'Art Rue, at the request of the Bab Souika district manager, organised an artistic event as part of the Dream City Festival to inaugurate the site. 

Artist Skander Tej came along to create a graffiti piece inspired by life. This was an opportunity for the children taking part in our free Kharbga City youth programme to meet the artist to discuss his fresco and take part in a drawing workshop led by the artist Noura Mzoughi.
