As part of its CREA and Diffusion components, the TACIR program, in partnership with the Dream City 2025 festival, is organizing an exhibition dedicated to young emerging artists who have been supported through its initiatives.
Over several months, across different regions of Tunisia, artistic and cultural projects have come to life, driven by these new creative voices.
During the Dream City festival, some of these digital and interactive works will be showcased to the public. Each piece offers a window into personal and unique stories—fragments of life that, when brought together, form a touching portrait of our time.

The Crossed Perspectives documentary residency is an initiative within the TACIR program. It brought together five young filmmakers from different regions and cultural backgrounds in Tunisia, giving them the space and support to tell their own stories through the lens of documentary filmmaking.
Over the course of nearly a year, they were guided through every stage of the creative process, from writing to final production.
The result: five powerful and personal short films exploring identity, local challenges, and shared imaginations:
Scarecrows of the Red Zone – Jalel Faizi (17 min)
The Image of Ants – Mohamed Rachdi (27 min)
The Rhythms of Life – Karama Sayadi (10 min)
Between Planes – Amin El Kadhi (15 min)
BROUVA – Mohamed Mbarki & Habib Ghrayssi (30 min)
