Fredj Moussa

Fredj Moussa’s practice unfolds at the intersection of film and sculpture.

Working with oral histories, mythical fragments, and colonial debris, he creates landscapes where fiction becomes a mode of resistance.

Through videos, posters, and costumes made from discarded materials, he fabricates speculative narratives that blur the lines between document and myth.

He has exhibited his work at Nuit Blanche in Paris, Izmir Mediterranean Biennial, Les Brasseurs in Liège and UV – Fully Booked in Sousse among others.

Fredj Moussa received the CIFRA prize for media arts at Loop Fair Barcelona in 2023.

Born in Paris, he lives and works in Sousse
