Fakhri El Ghezal [Weld Hlima]
Fakhri El Ghezal (1981, Akouda) is an independent Tunisian visual artist and cinematographer, whose practice includes analogue photography, video, painting, drawing and calligraphy under several pseudonyms.
In El Ghezal’s work, “it always revolves around the light, by its manifestation and through the light” that appears through different settings of buried memory, resolved traces and the revealed ones.
His work has been shown at numerous festivals, fairs and international exhibitions.
