> Synopsis
Neither didactic, nor documentary, pedagogical, or anthropological, Libya explores the notion of "knowledge" through the energy of its nine performers. Somewhere between performance, dance and rap, Libya uses family history and history with a great H to talk about memory and heritage through body and art.
In North Africa, Amazigh crafts, inventions, science, cultures and philosophy are traditionally transmitted and perpetuated through stories, language, dance and singing.
Dancer and choreographer Radouan Mriziga honours this heritage by launching himself body and soul into a human and artistic "epic". It is a way for him to reclaim history until today and share it by opening up a range of perspectives that includes the Amazighs, all the peoples of the Mediterranean and the whole world.
